Pat’s knowledge of architecture and building has allowed him to form lasting and formidable client relationships. He has been able to work as a leader and a team player in constructing the homes for many happy clients, listening to their input and working hard to bring client visions to life. Pat’s patience, determination, and persistence allows clients to rely on him to provide answers and feedback along their building journey, creating 100% client satisfaction.

Researching new ideas, understanding the product and utilizing experience, we are able to map out client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. 

Pat’s son, Connor, has also become a vital part of the Excellence in Construction team. Connor brings a new set of experiences and talents as a former aerospace technician. His attention to detail leaves no issue or client request untouched as precision and client satisfaction are ingrained in him. Connor is excited to join his father and continue to grow their family business.
